Your Event Source (YES) is a full service event planning and amusement rental company. By showcasing a professional image and exceptional customer service, the YES client list has come to include professional sports teams, Fortune 500 companies and the largest churches, schools and colleges in the area. From birthday parties of ten, to company picnics of thousands, the YES team will take all measures to ensure your event is fun, safe and memorable.
 YES was created in 2001 with the idea of developing a more professional and corporate image in the amusement rental industry. Through our customer service, staffing and equipment, YES has set itself apart from the competition:
Customer Service: No event is too large or too small for YES. For most events, a site survey is performed to ensure the equipment is located in a manner that is safe and easily accessible for the attendees. After most large events, a follow-up meeting takes place with the client to discuss any ideas that may improve the event in years to come
Equipment: At YES, the inventory is constantly changing. New equipment is purchased on an on-going basis. This allows all of the YES customers to have access to the latest innovations in the ride and game industry and ensures that repeat customers get new and different equipment for all of their events. All equipment is maintained indoors and is cleaned and disinfected after every use. All rides are inspected by the NC Dept of Labor and meet all insurance requirements.
Staffing: From the office staff to the operations staff, it is important that a professional image is always portrayed. To ensure all safety precautions are taken, all operators on the YES staff are trained on each piece of equipment and no temporary staffing firms are used. The staff will always be dressed appropriately and willing to help the customer in any way possible.
