Scott is one of the three partners that founded and own Your Event Source. Scott graduated from North Carolina State University with a BS in Business Finance. After a few years in the manufacturing and banking industries, Scott began a successful career in commercial real estate. A few years later, with YES experiencing tremendous growth, it became necessary for Scott to begin full time employment with the company. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his two sons and wife Dori, playing basketball and golf, and attending sporting events. Keith is one of the three partners that created and own Your Event Source. Keith graduated from the University of Delaware in 1987 with a BS in Finance. After spending several years as a Senior Financial Analyst with a Fortune 500 apparel company in New York, Keith moved to Charlotte in 1994 and became an Executive Recruiter, focusing on the accounting and financial field. After a successful start to his career with Romac International, Keith was recruited to establish and grow a finance & accounting practice for Signature Consultants, an IT staffing firm named to the Inc. 500 list of fastest growing privately held companies in the US in 2001. Since starting YES, Keith has helped to create hundreds of fantastic events for the corporate sector, colleges, schools, churches and any other organization that wants their members to have a FUN time. Keith lives in Charlotte with his wife Karen and their three boys who are often "employed" for quality control and equipment testing!
Amy is the Director of Business Development for YES. Amy graduated with a BA in Public Relations from North Carolina State University. After serving as the promotions coordinator for Capital Broadcasting company for two years, Amy then moved on to a role where she was titled the “Minister of Fun” for a large telecom company. Amy moved with her husband to Charlotte 8 years ago and immediately came on board with YES as the Sales & Marketing Director and the first full time employee for YES. Amy helped YES grow from its inception in 2002 and for four years following until 2006. Amy then went to work with Carmel Country Club as the Club Events Director where she continued to work with YES on her club events and then for the Charlotte Bobcats on events with YES as well. Your Event Source has grown leaps and bounds since Amy left in 2006 and she is now very excited to be back on board as Director of Business Development for YES. Amy lives in Plaza Midwood with her husband Carlo and enjoys: reading, cooking, traveling, yoga, networking, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kayla is currently Amy Martini's Event Coordinator and started with YES in July of 2011. Kayla graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing. She has interned with Charlotte Center City Partners as an Event Planner and has also worked as a Conference Services Coordinator at the Duke Mansion. Kayla enjoys listening to a variety of music including The Avett Brothers, Needtobreathe, and Mumford & Sons. Kayla enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.

HAILEY ROBINSON Logistics &
Staffing Manager
Hailey joined the team at Your Event Source in February 2008. She started her career with the company as Keith's event coordinator, organizing events at various levels and now manages the logistics and staffing for all YES events. Hailey is originally from Marysville, Ohio and moved to Charlotte in January of 2007. In June 2006, she earned her BA in Public Relations at Otterbein College and since then has gained experience in Sales, Marketing and Human Resources before fulfilling her goal to work with a successful company in the event planning industry. Hailey enjoys sports, volunteering, traveling and spending time with friends and family!
Christie joined the YES team in 2009. She is the Office Manager/Accountant. Christie graduated with a BS in Accounting. She has over 15 years of Accounting and Office Manager experience. Christie is originally from Beaumont, TX. She moved to Charlotte with her husband in 2001.
Christie lives in South Charlotte with her husband and two boys. In her free time she enjoys activities with her boys, reading, cooking, and traveling.
Bailey joined the YES team in February of 2011. She is currently Scott’s event coordinator and assists him by organizing event details and communicating with clients. Bailey is from Matthews, North Carolina and graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a BS in Sports, Entertainment & Event Management. She enjoys all areas of the hospitality field, working out, yoga, volunteering at her church, traveling and going out to eat with friends and family.
Sean is an Event Manager at YES. He joined the YES team in early 2010 and spends his time working both in the field and in the office. Sean’s primary responsibility is on the Novelty side of the company, where he is largely involved in technology management & graphics. From creating new ideas, to developing new products, Sean is always hands-on at YES. When Sean is not in the office pioneering the novelties, he also supervises and oversees events for YES clients.
Sean is originally from Hanover, Pennsylvania but now lives in the Plaza Midwood area of Charlotte. When not working he loves staying active with a large variety of sports, traveling, and music.
Kevin started his career at YES as an event operator just over four years ago and has steadily moved his way up to the current position of Assistant Warehouse Manager. He was born and raised in Monroe, NC where he now resides with his wife and two dogs. Kevin studied two years of Mechanical Engineering at NC State University, and then attended My Computer Career and received four certifications in Information Technology. Kevin is an avid outdoorsman. In his spare time, he works on cars and firearms, and spends the majority of his time with friends and family.

EVAN SELF Operations/
Warehouse Manager
Evan is the Operations/Warehouse Manager at YES. He deals primarily with overseeing all operations, equipment, and inventory here at YES. He is a Charlotte native and attended CCC&TI in Boone, NC, before returning back to Charlotte. Prior to working at YES, Evan worked for Sherwin Williams based out of Charlotte. When Evan is not working, he enjoys a wide variety of sports, traveling, and staying busy.
